The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 13,                                 
2002, calendar (page 3651), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
     SENATE BILL NO. 364                                                                            
     "An Act relating to medical services under the state Medicaid                                  
     program."                                                                                      
                                                                                                    
Representative Halcro moved and asked unanimous consent that                                        
SB 364 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                                    
rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 1.
